We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Ptula gear, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the parcel.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
